Return & Refund Policy

At Comfort Sleep, we're committed to helping you enjoy better sleep. That's why every eligible mattress comes with a 100-Night Sleep Trial, giving you plenty of time to decide if it's the right fit for you.

100-Night Sleep Trial

We understand that it can take time for your body to adjust to a new mattress. For this reason, we ask that you use your mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return.

If you're still not satisfied after the initial 30 nights, you may request a return at any time within 100 nights of receiving your mattress.

To qualify for the Sleep Trial:

  • The mattress must have been used for a minimum of 30 nights.

  • The return request must be made within 100 nights of delivery.

  • The mattress must be clean, hygienic, and free from stains, burns, tears, excessive wear, or strong odours.

  • A mattress protector must have been used throughout the trial period.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Only one Sleep Trial return is permitted per household.

Free Home Collection

If your Sleep Trial return is approved, Comfort Sleep will arrange free collection directly from your home.

Our customer support team will contact you to arrange a convenient collection date.

Please do not attempt to return your mattress without first contacting us.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Reason for your return

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your mattress arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing comfortsleep26@gmail.com with photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a suitable resolution, including a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned mattress has been collected and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty:

  • Custom-made or bespoke mattresses.

  • Clearance or final sale products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Mattresses that are heavily stained, damaged, soiled, or not maintained in a hygienic condition.

  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy is provided in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits or affects your statutory rights.
